Shipping Coverage

 We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India via Post Office Courier only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Since all products are made on demand, orders are printed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during sales, festivals, or high order volume.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days through Post Office Courier. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery timelines may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

 After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly with India Post.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address, PIN code, and phone number at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Reshipping charges will apply for address errors.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at delivery, please refuse the parcel and email support@aesthetickeposters.com immediately. If you accept the parcel and find the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must submit a clear, uncut unboxing video of the sealed package within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid video proof cannot be processed.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation available once the order is placed. Since we operate on a made-to-order model, production begins immediately after payment confirmation. We do not accept cancellation, changes, or modifications to orders under any circumstances once placed. Please review your design, size, quantity, and address carefully before checkout.
